Can I see your creations in person?
Yes! We would be delighted to arrange a private visit to our beautiful ericaVerica home showroom. Click here to get started, and Vera will be in contact with you ASAP. You may also bring friends with you, as long as you let us know in advance. There is never any obligation to make a purchase. Complimentary coffee and tea are always available.
Can I get same day delivery?
Yes, but we need to have your order by 10 am on the day of delivery. If you want photos before delivery to make up your mind or to choose between a few arrangements, the delivery can be in the early evening. AND local delivery (within 15 miles) includes a smile and is FREE!
Can I specify which flowers I want?
Yes—we will accommodate your wishes if the flowers are available. If not, we will substitute with flowers as close to your preference as possible.
Do you only use fresh flowers?
We use both fresh and faux flowers, based on your preference. Many times we deliver fresh flowers along with a lovely faux arrangement that is prepared specifically for the vase, so that the recipient has a happy arrangement year round. Recipients can also put their own fresh flowers in at any time!
Note: There is additional cost to include a faux arrangement, but we try to make it affordable.
What are the price ranges for your pieces?
Creation prices range from $20 to well over $100. The cost takes into consideration the cost of the piece (plus shipping and tax), the cost of a "frog" flower holder (if placed in the piece), and the cost of the flowers, greenery, and other decor in the arrangement. Thus, it depends on what you want. We can always show you what works within your budget.
Can I get 3 or more creations that look alike?
Possibly. If we are able to get multiples of a wonderful container/vase, etc., we can create identical or similar arrangements for a party or event. However, many vases or containers are uniquely one of a kind.
Do you ship your creations out of town?
Creations can be sent if deemed suitable. Only faux flowers will be used for shipped creations. There is an extra cost for shipping, and we will only charge you what it costs us.
Do you have a refund policy?
If you or the recipient is not happy with the creation, it will be picked up and you will get a full refund.
